 OUR RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept exchanges and returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise that you purchased.  Refunds can only be issued to original purchaser of the products.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:  

  1. Contact us and initiate the return within 10 days of the date your order is received. See defective item return policy below.

  2. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    • ​Coordination for local pick up and delivery items ​​are available.  Please message us.

  3. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for return. 

  4. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will refund the purchase amount. If upon inspection there are signs of wear we will contact you for further discussion.

  5. Please allow up to two weeks from receipt of the returned product for processing.

DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS: 

  1. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 10 DAYS to inform us of the issue. 

  2. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 

  3. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Custom Orders

    • Personalized - If you select an item that includes personalization, this item is still NOT eligible for return.

    • Altered items (such as customized sizing or collar width)

  • Subscription Box items (mystery, grab bags, exclusive, monthly or any other subscriptions)

  • Hair Accessories 

  • Mystery Items

  • Doorbusters

  • Gift Cards

  • Items Marked Final Sale
